USA  (www.jackparr.com )  ed applicati con notevole successo presso aziende localizzate in tutto il mondo  come AT&T, Shell, Motorola, Goodyear, Michelin, Kodak, American Express, Compaq Computers, Nike, Carrefour.  

 

Più di 400.000 dipendenti finora formati in 12 nazioni.

 

 

We Care - Customer Relations Process, con semplici ed efficaci metodologie, è un processo evolutivo di capacità di relazione , essenziale per aggiungere valore alle competenze specifiche. 

 

 

 

La metodologia We Care  opera sulla base delle dinamiche dell' analisi transazionale e dell'intelligenza emotiva e gli obiettivi si focalizzano non solo  sull' implementazione dei processi di comunicazione e di apprendimento ma soprattutto nella creazione di dinamiche di partecipazione e motivazione dei Partecipanti verso i Processi Formativi : creando anzitutto tale clima di "cooperative learning", i Partecipanti eliminano filtri, condizionamenti, barriere che costituiscono i principali ostacoli al raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi. La metodologia We Care  opera naturalmente attraverso l'apprendimento attivo in aula con simulazioni delle casistiche dei partecipanti.
